Why do coaching in Nature?
Nature is our closest friend and its sole purpose is to support us as humans.
Spending time in nature leads to an increase in the production of serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine, allowing us to more easily exploit our creativity and "flow" states, as well as stimulate our thinking.
Nature enables us to enter a state of calm and reflection, thereby freeing our mind and spirit to see the bigger picture and clearly grasp our long-term goals.
You will achieve more than what is possible than through a traditional coaching session.
